Before You Apply

Our programs are cohort-based, and the duration depends on the program you choose. For residential programs, trainees live on campus and engage in hands-on learning through our demonstration farm. You will rotate through various areas including livestock management, soil health, herbal gardens, and seed multiplication, while also receiving your own 10m × 10m personal farming plot to practice what you learn.

Financial Support Available: While a small trainee contribution is required, NO ONE IS DENIED DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS. We offer work-study programs, opportunities to market goods to cover costs, and access to the Caretaker Assistance Fund. Full sponsorships ($2,500/year or $5,000 for a two-year program) and partial scholarships ($500-$1,000) are available to ensure financial hardship is never a barrier to participation. Program costs vary for the 3-year Junior Certificate and Outreach Programs—please contact us for details.
